So here’s another of these great Myojo bowls – hopefully I like this one too!
Two packets – a lot of powder and some kind of oil…
The oil was some kind of soy and sesame combo. Lots of powder!
Click image to enlarge. Finished product. The broth is salty and has a strong taste of sesame oil. The noodles are very thin. They are very good – quite chewy and of excellent character. I could eat this stuff for days. 4.25 out of 5.0 stars! Get it here.
